Hair color, permanent or semipermanent, applied at the scalp with gloss refresh of the ends of the hair is included. Longer/thicker hair needing more than 2 ounces of color has a $25 additional product fee.

Blending techniques to brighten or enrich existing hair color. Subtle or dramatic dimension. Toner is always suggested for best results and is included in the price.
